Most drivers coming from the North, Midlands or South-East will leave the A31 near Ringwood, and take the A338 to Bournemouth. When you reach the stretch with a 50mph limit, look out for the second sign to Boscombe (the first is more likely to be congested).

Turn right at the mini-roundabout, and left at the Queen's Park pub into Ashley Road. Drive straight on till the next roundabout; follow the signs to Christchurch onto the Christchurch Road. Take the first road on the right, Crabton Tree Close (between two estate agents), and the second on the right, Westby Road. We are at the top of the road, on the left.
